PhD High-pressure homogenizers can generate the most consistent and stable cannabis
Advanced homogenization techniques are vital for ensuring consistency in cannabinoid products. While basic methods often lead to significant variations in bioavailability and larger particle sizes, high-pressure homogenization reduces particle sizes to under 100 nanometers, improving both stability and bioavailability. PhD High Pressure Homogenizers by PhD Technology LLC are engineered to meet compliance standards and enhance product consistency, operating at pressures up to 30,000 psi. These technologies are essential for the cannabis industry’s growth, enabling accurate potency measurements and reliable products for research and consumers alike.

The D-200M model delivers a flow rate of 200 liters per hour and features an HMI system for industrial automation, providing visualization, traceability, and intelligent process management. The DIP-1 and DIP-2 models, with flow rate of 500 liters and 1000 liters per hour or more, are robust production units seamlessly integrating with equipment such as fermentation tanks, centrifuges, and blending tanks to enable automated, efficient production. All models operate at a maximum pressure of 15,000 – 21,500 psi.
Extruders, extruders, extruders....
The NanoAble-150 and NanoAble-1000 Liposome Extruders, also referred to as thin film extruders, exosome extruders, artificial cell membrane squeezers, or liposome extrusion devices, are meticulously engineered to produce liposomes with precise particle sizes and structural characteristics.
Our users, in addition to using the extruder to make liposomes, also use it to extrude cell membranes, exosomes, and other types of samples, aiming to control particle size. There are also customers who use the extruder solely for sterilization purposes.
