The DIP-1 Homogenizer, with a flow rate of 500 liters per hour, is designed as a versatile production-type homogenizer, capable of integrating seamlessly with upstream and downstream equipment such as fermentation tanks, centrifuges, and blending tanks to realize automated production. This model stands out for its notable effectiveness in achieving nanoparticle uniformity with sample homogenization to ≤100nm and ensuring cell disruption rates of ≥97%, making it ideal for scaling experimental results to production levels. The DIP-1 offers strong data reproducibility and features a robust design with no O-rings or gaskets, metal structure connections with no dead corners, and meets EU CE standards, eliminating secondary contamination and ensuring adherence to stringent hygiene standards.
